I am very happy to announce the return of the Point Blank body armor discount program for Massachusetts Volunteer Officers!
It has been a long time in the works, and I hope you agree worth the wait.
Effective immediately Massachusetts Volunteer Officers can get a 50% discount from list price on Point Blank Body Armor through Rosen’s Uniforms. Point Blank set us up with Rosen’s and I’m sure that they will be a good partner to deal with.
In order to qualify for the discount the officer will need to:
1. Provide a letter on department letterhead authorizing the purchase
2. Provide a copy of their current Police ID
3. Complete an order / sizing form
4. Pay Rosen’s with a credit card or check at the time of the order
Rosen’s will fit officers – when we can get a large enough group together. The first opportunity for a fitting will be on April 21st .
The Newton Auxiliary Police is hosting a fitting for Body Armor. A representative from Rosen’s Uniforms will be on hand to measure you and take your order. The fitting will be held on Thursday April 21st from 6PM - 9PM at the Newton Police Station.
Newton Police Department
1321 Washington Street
Newton, MA 02465
You will need to have a department authorization letter, your Police ID and a credit card to place the order. You also will need to have your duty belt and uniform pants for the fitting.
I can send you a pricing sheet. Contact me with your e-mail address and I will send it to you.
If you cannot make the fitting you can contact the Rosen’s Uniforms rep – Jeff Mullaney at . If you have a large enough group to arrange for a fitting contact Jeff directly.
So we can get an estimate of attendance – if you are planning on attending the April 21st fitting at the Newton Police Department – please respond to this message so that Deputy Chief Silton will know who to expect.
Stay Safe,
Marc
