Save 12-13 November 2011 for a full weekend of training for all volunteer officers in Massachusetts. We have received a grant from MEMA to help subsidize this training conference. The 2011 Volunteers in Police Service (VIPS) will be held at the Beechwood Hotel in Worcester, and at the MPTC Boylston Academy. The conference theme is "Preparing for the Future."
The conference committee is working with the MPTC to put together a treat training program for you. In addition to the training, there will be a social event held on Saturday night at the Beechwood Hotel. Special overnight rates are available at the hotel: just mention the conference when you book your room.
This is an opportunity for RLEOs from all over the Commonwealth to build friendships. We are all very focused on serving our individual communities: this will be a great chance for us all to work together. Please let other volunteer officers know about this conference.
